Rules Of Engagement : Control The Options

Updated: Oct 7, 2020

Control The Options... Always control the option(s). This is a great rule and.. if mastered/implemented correctly you will always be the victor. Hand-over options that will only benefit you the most. Only give options that have hard stop results "yes or no".. When you allow options that allow room for negotiation, you're only putting the power back into their hands. Control the options from beginning to end. If the answer is "yes" this is that... If the answer is "no" that is this. The hard stop benefits should only be visible to you.

Do not lie, but disguise the option(s) that you provide. Offer more or less for negotiation, allowing them to believe, that their opinion truly matters.

Rule 1: Harvest Your Emotions allows this rule to work flawlessly. Understanding your counter part and their emotions, allow you to understand what their wants and needs are. In result, allowing you to control the option(s).

Rules Of Engagement R.O.E are a set of internal rules that define the degree and/or manner in which the use of strategic thought and action(s) are applied. Rules Of Engagement must be consistent, while accounting for a variety of potential uncertainties. Each rule is singular and can stand on its own to achieve the result in which you desire.. or rules can be assembled and utilized simultaneously. Rules of Engagement does not dictate how a result is to be achieved, but will guide what measures are unacceptable.
